PRINTING
Once your order is placed & confirmed, it goes directly to the printing room, which must be approved with a signature before the printing officially starts. Your designs are created or selected on a computer and printed onto a special sublimation paper using sublimation inks. These inks are formulated to convert from a solid to a gas state without becoming a liquid, allowing for direct color transfer. The printed sublimation paper contains a mirror image of the final design, ready to be printed on fabric in the next step.
SUBLIMATION
The heat within the machine causes the sublimation inks on the paper to vaporize and penetrate the fabric's surface.
As the ink particles become a gas, they bond with the fabric's fibers or the receptive coating on the material. This bonding process ensures that the colors become a permanent part of the substrate, resulting in vibrant, durable, and fade-resistant prints.
The heat and pressure applied during the sublimation process let the ink transfer completely, allowing for intricate details and a full-color spectrum. Additionally, sublimation printing allows for seamless, edge-to-edge printing, as the ink permeates the fibers without leaving any visible traces or residue.
The final result is a high-quality, vibrant, and long-lasting print that is resistant to fading, cracking, or peeling, making it suitable for a wide range of applications.
LASER
The process begins by placing the fabric on our platform. The fabric is secured to ensure it remains flat and taut during the cutting process. A computer-controlled laser-cutting machine directs a concentrated beam of light onto the fabric.
As the laser beam interacts with the fabric, the intense heat rapidly vaporizes or melts the material. The high-energy beam cuts through the fabric with exceptional precision, producing clean and accurate cuts. The computer-controlled system follows a pre-programmed pattern or design, ensuring consistent and repeatable cutting results.
Laser fabric cutting offers several advantages. It eliminates the need for physical contact with the fabric, minimizing the risk of damage or distortion. It also seals the edges of the cut fabric, preventing fraying and ensuring a clean finish.
Each piece will then go into separate bags per product to be confirmed in the next step.
Control
Throughout the production process, regular inspections are carried out at different stages to identify and rectify any potential quality issues. This involves checking the accuracy of measurements, stitching quality, proper placement of labels and trims, and overall adherence to design specifications. Any deviations from the standards are identified and corrected promptly to prevent further production of defective garments.
We also prepare everything our seamstresses will need to finish the garment, such as lining, zippers & elastics.
sewing
Dedicated seamstresses sew the patterns’ fabric pieces together along the designated seam lines. Different types of stitches and sewing machines are used depending on the garment's design and construction requirements.
After joining the major fabric sections, finishing touches are added. This includes hemming the edges, attaching buttons, zippers, or other closures, and creating necessary embellishments like pleats, gathers, or decorative topstitching.
pressing
Throughout the sewing process, pressing with an iron is crucial to ensure seams lay flat, pleats are crisp, and the overall appearance of the garment is neat and professional. It will give a smooth and well-made look to your clothes.
Quality Control & Packing
Once the garment is assembled & pressed, it goes through a quality control process. This involves inspecting any sewing defects, measurement accuracy, and overall appearance to ensure it meets the desired standards, especially in the printing process. We ensure the final product is neat and ready to be packed for shipping.
Once done & ready to go, we fold and place in bags the garments as we set them to be packed in a box or bag with the rest of the order for shipping.
