Launching your Wearable Art Business

1. Get preorders before you even receive your first order

Create momentum by posting your new products or collection on your social media, and add an incentive for your friends, family, or fans to buy X items for a limited time only. This is from a Wholesale perspective ; you will manage your prices, orders, shipping, etc.

If you prefer the Retail avenue, you can use the same marketing strategy but invite them to order directly from your Storefront. You can Publish or Unpublish collections and products, so you can create the same limited-time ordering as Wholesale purchases.

2. Once you get the goods, start wearing & sharing

By wearing your own goods, you create a sense of trust in your customers. If it's good for you, it's good for them no? It allows you also to comment on how you feel, and what are the best attributes of this particular product, in short, to give some pertinent feedback to people who care about your opinion and follow your sense of style: whether it's in your artistic direction or your artistic sense of style!

3. They can't buy what they can't see
